Stormzy - Mel Made Me Do It

K rapper Stormzy returns with epic new single 'Mel Made Me Do It'.

A 10-minute long music video was created for the release of the song, featuring celebrities such as football manager Jose Mourinho, former track athlete Usain Bolt, rapper Dave and many other celebrities.

The video, directed by British director KLVDR, also features Stormzy's family and personal chef.

"Mel Made Me Do It" is a tribute to Stormzy's stylist, Melissa's Wardrobe. The monologue, written by Wretch 32, was read by British actress Michaela Cole. The Jamaican musician Stylo G participates in the vocals as a guest.

Wretch 32's monologue adds an emotional weight to the song.

"Today, we are talking about the foundations. Many great black influential giants have touched people, soul to soul, over many generations,” he says.

"Greatness" often comes to mind, but football legends like Ian Wright bring greatness to the fore. Our DNA gives us strength. We can make a song and dance out of anything," he adds.

In the music video of "Mel Made Me Do It" appear in alphabetical order:

Brenda Edwards, Clint Cortez, Daniel Louisy, Dave, Dinah Asher-Smith, Gabrielle, Headie One, Henriee, Kwushue, Iain Wright, Jade LB (AKA Keisha The Sket), Jazzie B, Jenny Francis, JME, Jonathan Ross, Jose Mourinho , Julie Adenuga, Little Simz, Louis Theroux, Malorie, Blackman, Megaman, Melissa's Wardrobe, Nella Rose, No Signal FM (Taja Boodie, Huda Ahmed, RBC (Anthony Ewetade), Jojo Sonubi, David Sonubi), Posty (of 'GRM Daily'), Rashid (of 'Link Up TV'), Stylo G, Tanisha Edwards, Tiana Major9, Trevor Nelson, Usain Bolt, Walé Adeyemi, Yianni Charalambous and Zeze Mills.
