Gryffin & OneRepublic - You Were Loved

Gryffin opens a new chapter with the release of his partnership with OneRepublic.
Dance producer Gryffin from Los Angeles collaborates with OneRepublic on the wonderful single "You Were Loved", which is released by Darkroom / Interscope Records / Universal Music.

Nostalgic and sensual, this glamorous song refers to a love that went away.

In "You Were Loved", Gryffin reaffirms his ability to work with any artist, while OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder touches on our sensitive strings with an interpretation that contains sadness, but, above all, optimism and hope that the streets they will meet again: "One day, when the future meets the past, then we will make amends for all the years that have passed so quickly," he sings.

"I'm extremely excited to release 'You Were Loved,'" as this song launches a new chapter in my music, says Gryffin.

"Collaborating with One Republic was an incredible experience and we are really happy to have created a song that really aligns with the sound and lyrics with both of us. We feel that it is a summer anthem full of euphoria, which has a strong emotional core. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do when it was created ", he continues.

Born as Dan Griffith, Gryffin began playing music while learning classical piano and guitar, and has also performed with various bands. After earning a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, he followed the path of music production, making the most of his diligent musicianship and ingenuity.
