Willow - Maybe Its My Fault

Willow has released new single '<maybe> it's my fault', her first song since her explosive 2021 album 'lately I feel EVERYTHING'.

Willow comments on “<maybe> it’s my fault”: “Too often in tender emotional situations we try to blame our hurts on other people. Although none of us are perfect, in some cases we are the ones who allow ourselves to find ourselves in situations that do not serve our highest purpose."

"'<maybe> it's my fault' examines what it's like to hold ourselves equally responsible for the emotional pain we feel, while allowing ourselves to be human and fully process all of our emotions without shame," she explains.

"<maybe> it's my fault" is accompanied by a performance music video directed by Dana Trippe.

This year, Willow collaborated with a wide range of artists and was featured on songs such as YUNGBLUD's 'Memories' and Siiickbrain's industrial metal song 'Purge'. He also featured on Camila Cabello's single "Psychofreak," which they performed together on "Saturday Night Live" in April.

Machine Gun Kelly and Willow also collaborated on his hit single 'emo girl', while Willow is supporting MGK on his summer tour. Willow is also set to perform at 'Lollapalooza' in Chicago, 'Reading & Leeds' in the UK and more festivals this summer.

"<maybe> it's my fault" is the first song from Willow since the album "lately I feel EVERYTHING", with which she made her entrance into the pop-punk scene and collaborated with heavy names such as Travis Barker, Avril Lavigne and others.

Since its release in July 2021 to date, "lately I feel EVERYTHING" has amassed 400 million streams worldwide.

Willow was nominated for Best New Alternative Artist at the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards, and was named Billboard's 2021 Comeback Artist of the Year.

'lately I feel EVERYTHING' features the gold single 't r a n s p a r e n t s o u l' featuring Travis Barker, which reached the Top 5 at alternative radio in the US and has amassed over 300 million streams worldwide to date.

"Meet Me At Our Spot," a fan favorite during Willow's sold-out fall tour, also climbed to No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100 and at No. 12 on the Pop Radio Chart.

The song has over 1 billion streams worldwide and has gone gold in many markets. 'Meet Me At Our Spot' became Willow's second UK Top 20 single this year, peaking at No. 10 of the local charts.
